Frances (b. 2000) graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Te Waka Tūhura, Elam School of Fine Arts, and a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland. She is concerned with the avenues art offers for reconciling troubling histories and imagining hope-filled futures.
Frances is currently reading for a Master of Studies in History of Art and Visual Culture at the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar.
